Can I entrust my apartment to you if I live abroad?
Yes. We work with owners residing outside of Poland, providing a full, comprehensive service. This includes ongoing property management, regular reporting, and constant communication, ensuring the owner has full control over their investment regardless of where they are staying.
How do you verify tenants?
We verify every tenant in a professional and responsible manner, ensuring the safety and comfort of both parties. We focus on factors such as employment stability, credibility, and the tenant’s suitability for the specific property. This helps owners build secure and reliable long-term rentals.
What happens in case of an emergency or technical issues?
The coordination of all repairs, maintenance, and technical work is on our side. We cooperate with proven and trusted specialists, so the owner does not have to personally organize services or contact contractors. We provide regular updates on all important property matters and ensure that any issues are resolved efficiently.
How often will I receive financial settlements?
We prepare regular settlements and detailed reports regarding rental income and costs. By the 10th of each month, the owner receives a full financial summary along with updates on the property and ongoing rental management.
